- Hammer is an international proffessional physical trainer, whose skills are recognised internationally. He provides both induvidual and group training skills to members and those interested. Hammers' gym is located in Malvern; east of johannesburg. The closest thing to a true fountain of youth is regular exercise. This is particualrly evident in hormone production. aging is charecterized by a gradual reduction in variuos vital hormones of the body, which causes several degenerative processes. Studies, however, show that proper exercise maintains these essential hormones at peak levels and delays much of the physical declines associated with aging. This gym plays an important role in getting people to participate on physical fitness programms and also provides tips on how one can build their physic faster and stand a chance to not suffer deplorable amounts of stress in their lives. Wow, i'm so proud of you hammer, i was one of the first people to join your gym when it opened it's doors in 2007, i'm so glad it's doing very well, keep up the good work brother.
